Service Call Guard is a service of MZ Prime Holdings LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

From business customers: company name, contact name, email, phone numbers and setup details you give us.
From people who call a phone line we answer for a business: the caller's phone number, what they say on the call (recordings and transcripts), and details they provide such as name, address and service request.

How we use it

To answer calls, book service requests and pass the details to the business the caller contacted.
To send text messages about a service request or about a business customer's account.
To review call quality and improve the service.

Text messaging (SMS)

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that operate the messaging on our behalf.

Sharing

We share call details only with the business the caller contacted and with service providers that run our phone, messaging and hosting systems. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep call records as long as the business customer uses the service, or as required by law. To ask about, correct or delete your information, reply to any email from us or use the form on our home page.
