Service Call Guard is a service of MZ Prime Holdings LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

The service

We answer phone calls forwarded to us by a business customer, using an AI receptionist that speaks in the customer's company name, records service requests and notifies the customer's staff. The business customer decides which calls are forwarded and remains responsible for its own services, prices and work.

Price and cancellation

$297 per month after a free first month. No contract. You can cancel anytime by turning off call forwarding and telling us by email; billing stops at the end of the current month.

Call recording

Calls answered by the service may be recorded and transcribed to deliver the service and review quality.

SMS Terms

Program: Service Call Guard sends text messages about service requests (for example, a booked job sent to a business's on-call technician, or a confirmation to the caller) and about business customers' account setup.
Opt-in: by giving consent on our sign-up form, or by a business customer enrolling its own staff, or by a caller agreeing on the phone to receive a confirmation text.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
Support: reply HELP or contact us through the form on our home page.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.

Limits

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost business from calls that are not forwarded, dropped by a phone carrier, or handled by the business's own staff. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last month.
